About MLH Fitness

Our mission is to educate wellness  by incorporating allopathic and osteopathic principles to functional training,  resulting in a inspirational growth to the mind, body and spirit as a whole.

At MLHFitness, we bring passion to training, but most of all we bring a personal connection to everyone by teaching the balance between the outer and inner part of the body.  Our teaching is scientifically based on:

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
  • The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
  • Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.)
  • Nursing principles
  • Reiki teachings
  • Educational degrees

What makes us different is the experience we bring.  Furthermore, we consider training with a holistic approach both meaningful and healthier, and a better way to understand how to balance both biologically and spiritually.

What to expect:

First of all expect to be treated with respect, kindness and care.  Second positive results will come no matter what condition you’re in.  The journey will begin with identifying your personal “dream goal”.  We will then manifest each goal one at a time after undergoing an assessment. Your prescribed workout program will be based on your physical assessment and goals. With our teaching and positive attitude, the transformation will be on the horizon.
